This modern home was designed to go on a new subdivision and needed to comply with local restrictions and guidelines. Interpreting these carefully, Archiology set about developing a home design that incorporated several distinctive features, such as the exposed rafter ceiling throughout the living areas creating a grand spacious feeling to the home. Modern and contemporary, the client was extremely happy with the end result and felt that their vision of creating a distinguished home within a new subdivision had been realised.
